It’s not about achieving a perfect, static state, but about actively engaging with the spectrum of human experience.

What Exactly is the Wellness Continuum?

At its core, the wellness continuum is a model that visualizes human health as a spectrum, stretching from premature death at one end to optimal well-being at the other. It acknowledges that we don’t simply exist at one point on this line; our position shifts daily, even hourly, influenced by a multitude of internal and external factors.
